How You Are Destroying Your Sleep

Here is a list of seven bad habits that you probably have and that are probably ruining your sleep!

  1. You go to bed whenever you like and you do not have a regular bedtime. This is bad, your body will never learn when the time to slow down is if you do not start going to bed at the same time.
  2. You are either eating too much or not eating at all before going to bed. You should have a small snack that is easily digestible.
  3. You take vitamins before you go to bed. And then they keep you up.
  4. You are keeping yourself too warm in the bed. Being cool will make you fall asleep faster.
  5. You are spending too much time being glued to your screen. Especially before you go to bed. You should give yourself a break for at least an hour before you go to sleep.
  6. You are exercising before you go to sleep. And you are then full of energy.
  7. You try to make your bedroom as quiet as possible and that only makes you focus on every sound that you hear.
