Citadel indeed sucks and citadel boise is just a plain joke. I feel bad for that new morning guy there,he figure it out in about 3 months and want to leave like everyone else who ever made the mistake of setting foot in that building. I've heard small market stations that just smoke. Magic has dead old imaging, music, and they can't keep talent long enough to gain name recognition, but they can sure keep a horrible promotions dir and upper management. They get sued so much, but they settle out of court so the public doesn't see it. Erika fox? Lemme borrow some of that. I work in the market still I know where to find you girl. There are places out there where everyone "knows their role" and sticks to it. If upper management wouldnt allow someone such as a promotions director....who has never even been able to run a promotions department.... run an entire station--then maybe talent wouldnt run so fast. Just as WTF said above, "you have to look within." At some point they will realize that just because someone is good at acting the part of a victim....they are indeed the provoker of all evil in that building. Of course, im not saying that everywhere else is wonderful or better. Every business is going to have its bulls*%&! that you as an employee just have to deal with. But when that bulls*%&! is wearing away at your sanity because of the blatant disrespect and un-humanelike behavior...thats when there is a problem. For anyone who has worked in a place like that or this specific one we are talking about, you know exactly what all of this is about and what it was like....for those of you who have never.....DONT. We are looking out for your best interest...but dont say that we are making it more than it is.... its very odd that so many previous employees would all have the same stories even if they have never met.
