WoW! I miss what an warm cart machine feels like...

Chris is a class act to do 6 days a week but all of KBOI's programming, sans The Druge Report, is just out of touch with the younger (READ: MY) generation today.

The common mistake that most talent makes is over-saturation and doing to much, In turn, burning themselfs out. Hope Chris has his vacations scheduled...

Then again, most people live for what they do and If BOI wants to give him more time, more power to Chris.

FYI...American Pie also works excellent for the "I got to take a dump song" Try running live sports...anyone here ever pee in a Pepsi liter bottle not to miss a break? I have!

yes, chris is a great guy. when i was doing part-time at citadel, before i came over to the river, i used to see chris still at work wayyyyyy into the afternoon. hes a hard worker...and a good guy. plus, a little sidenote here: there was a time a long time ago, boys and girls, when we air-personality types had to work six-day-a-weeks anyhow. there was no voicetracking...so you had to personally come in and do the shift! it was part of the job! things are easier and more convenient now....and i think its spoiled many and made us unappreciative of the modern ways of doing things. and another thing, when you put on Stairway to Heaven for your potty break...(no auto seg back then)...you also had to dig your own latrine and make your own toilet paper out of playlists! things were tuff all around! be thankful, younglings! i'm goin' back to my rocker and take my liver pills now.....

Uh...for those of you who are interested, Chris helped come up with this idea and wanted to do it for himself and for the radio station. Chris is the type of guy that wants to win and is willing to go the extra mile to try and accomplish that.

Kind of an anomaly in radio these days. I know several people that could take a lesson from Chris.

A side note on timing...

4:59:30 - Dirk Van ends
4:59:31 - oddball overly played quit smoking or whatever commercial
5:00:01 - KBOI liner
5:11:30 - You just listened to... 15 mins of *uninterrupted*...

Anywhere else in the morning show, it works... The first segment in the morning is only 11 mins...

Maybe I'm splitting hairs :)
