No, in Oregon, as with New Jersey, you cannot legally pump your own gas. Now, before some of you “conservatives” start claiming that gas prices would drop if they allowed self-serv, check out what prices in Oregon are. They are generally lower than the surrounding states. Jersey usually has among the lowest gas prices in the 50 states, according to AAA’s annual survey.
