I would pull you over too. My boss did that once, and you will get fined for trying to get new plates if your last ones are expired (at least in the state I lived in) so he just sold his car. I used to have Florida plates so that is probably one reason they always pulled me over. Most of the time after work... punk kid driving a nice car with florida plates, at 1am.
