Wow. I noticed this morning while I was listening to the x that Byl was not on the show. I figured he took the day off or something, but they never mentioned him so I thought something was up. Byl and Big J were a good team, as were Byl and Doug. The Morning X needs someone else. Big J and Melissa don’t have as much chemistry as they did when Byl was involved.

Yup! I got to work midday weekend after Byl in the mornings and before Doug in the afternoons on KLTB. We were all still just kids besides Doug who …well is Doug…I think I was like 17 or 18…

When they go paired up on the X, I got to do a voice or two whenever I visited Cassia. They always seemed to “get it” when it comes to the X Crowd…

I haven’t listened to much “music” radio lately but occasionally would hear Byl out and about on the weekends at remotes…Sounded like it was still fun to him…Hope he gets to eventually comeback…

I didn’t realize you worked with them, Dizzle. Yes, they both seemed like decent, stand-up guys. I admit I never exactly “got” their show but they sure seemed to connect with their audience and, ultimately, that’s what it’s all about.

I don’t know what to say but that Byl has issues he needs to deal with. He’s a really good guy and is one hell of a person.

Working with both Doug and Byl was a blast.

Hope Byl gets a second-second chance when he gets his stuff together.

Man, I remember the Glory Days of Byl and Doug fondly. They seemed like good guys. Does anyone know what REALLY broke them up as a team?
