I remember reading about Evan in the “Nothwest Log” that Tom Evans wrote…they wanted to bust Evan for takin the cd’s an carts from the station…cassetes too…he was the music director so he has that stuff in his car…they said he was stealing! Yeah…right.

I still have the newspaper article about the wrong doings of a particular dj from the L/C Valley area…big news at the time….

did the incident involving a certain “jock” for cc driving around with an underage fan ever make it to the blotter? seems like he had to be bailed out of the pokey or something. this was maybe five or more years ago…and that so-called”jock” is gone now, i think. (i don’t mean “so-called” in a mean spirited way, either…)

Hey you guys are really onto something here, here’s my two-bits worth and you can have them without my usual high dollar media consulting fee… We get KGEM to sponsor a calendar and then they can not only print the things up for distribution but will have at least 12-pages for their much needed website… Its a great value added advertising piece for broadcast media. D and B Supply, Simplot and a few other ag related local firms could sponsor it…. For January 2006 we can have a bunch of Jersey Cows in the back of a 53 Ford pick up truck….Maybe Big Jack would loan the Ambulance (or is it a Hearse) and they could pack some sheep or goats in the back…. I know Jack wouldn’t mind cleaning up after the photo shoot… Hey, the skies the limit on this thing…..I love the smell of “opportunity..” to make money…. We can call it the Old Besse’s Boobie Bar and Barnyard Bohemian Bonanza….. KGEM can beat the country stations to the gate on this one before the bull gets to them…
