You'll love Sirius "Please!". I've had it since last May and very rarely will I switch over to the FM band or AM bands. Last week was the best with Stern's launch and George Takai as his guest announcer. Sulu is one cool dude!

Bring on a Soft Talker... TalkRadio is very under estimated for audience potenial... folks with money, education and critical thinking skills tend to listen to talkradio... But only if the right balance of hosts and local news are programmed - not just the Right Winger's.... and that is coming from a conservative for the most part...

If a station in Boise decides to flip to FM Talk, the actual demo of the station are the strongest representation of all people who listen to music here in Boise with Country being the number one crossover format, Rock number two and Oldies being number three...

The Boise market, with Country and Rock being the dominate formats, throwing an FM talker might skew our current market away from music...Something else besides hearing the same songs, over and over again...FM Talk provides a hip, younger demographic of talk compared to our older, politically geared AM talkers...

I would be all over an urban format if it could generate some decent revenue. We all know that it couldn't sell though. Believe me, I've tried in other similar markets (Spokane and Missoula).
