		<description>If you&#039;re looking to see a big shift in the spring 2006 ratings because of all the changes, don&#039;t bother, as history has shown over and over, it usually takes 18 months to two years before the full effects of a change is shown by arbitron.....basicly if you see the same ratings in august as they have in february for the old format, I wouldn&#039;t wig out and go, wow what a stupid move.....now if in August 2007, nothing has changed, then Houston, I think we have a problem.</description>
