Yeah, it’s just left wing paranoia, ’cause big radio conglomerates NEVER change formats and sink a heritage station!

I’m not saying they WILL do this, just that it’s silly to say that one has to be paranoid to be concerned about something like that which has happened, what, dozens of times.

Never give corporate America the benefit of the doubt… they will screw it up almost everytime. Another issue only time will tell… Most of the KGO crew has been there forever, kind of like KBOI used to be… Just because they liked it and they were treated right… time will tell if KGO stays the same…hope I am wrong… its an icon!

I guess I dont understand. Who says there even has to be the radio stations that keep getting bought up? What if like any other marketable item, no demand, it just goes away. What if they cant pay their bills, they just go away. I cannot understand these Mega-conglomerates buying up everything they get their hands on, and turning it to another pile of crap. If some of the money sucking losers would go away, maybe the others could make it on their Formats and pay some Bills. But with those giants funneling cash into a losing Market. They are ruining it for every one. I dont think a constant Format change is the answer.
Just my opinion.
