He says that his contract says that he is exclusive to Sirius and that makes sense to me. He also says that the NAB and others in terrestrial radio have hired publicists to trash him in the press. No question that Stern tends to be self-serving, but that may be true as well. Terrestrial's response to satellite radio so far has been like the old Gandhi saying: "First, they ignore you.
