It's not even a real sale as I understand it, it's a licensing agreement for ABC trademarks and the radio network for 10 years but Disney/ABC still has control. What I think is happening is Disney is waiting on fallout from CC to settle and to see what regulatory moods swing to over some time before they offer to buy Citadel outright. I just don't see Citadel in ABC's league, as much I think they're okay. I still want to see KFXD back at 580 and I also wonder what KFI will do to 630 once the antennas are restored (ie the other one rebuilt). I heard some parties want some restrictions to tower height, etc that would make it silly and hard to technically function, but I didn't fully understand.
