		<description>On-air talent just sign non compete contracts.  I don&#039;t see any management signing non compete&#039;s and until they are dumb enough or desparate enough to do it (like us on air freak&#039;s) go where you can give your family the best you can.  Screw loyalty-that was gone with chivalry.</description>

		<description>Well, hey it seems kind of like this to me.... 

Treat your hard working employees well, respect them, reward them, give them incentives to work hard for your firm.  Pay them well so they dont have to spend all their spare time thinking about other better paying jobs and having to keep their Resumes updated all the time and you WONT have much to worry about.....Your loyalty will be rewarded with thier loyalty.... 

Then maybe all the former media people (who once enjoyed working in media) wont have to find jobs in retail, manufacturing, or selling used cars just to get decent pay, benefits and a host of other common benefits that other working class folks also enjoy. 

I love it all.  Maybe all this public court room exposure will force the light of discovery to be focused on how today&#039;s media companies operate especially in the Treasure Valley....

Sometimes its better to grin and bear it while you eat a healthy dose of humble pie and learn from your operating and management mistakes than it is to air all your dirty laundry for the world to see.</description>
