Peak, Citadel’s slow march to trial
Don Day | June 29, 2007A litigation plan has been filed in the lawsuit against Peak Broadcasting et al by Citadel Broadcasting.
Under the plan, the parties will take a whack at a settlement with a conference in December (this is a normal part of the process – as courts try and get the parties to shake out their differences to avoid a trial).
The two sides have until February for discovery – and a trial could begin after that, though a date has not yet been set.
