Paying male and female co-hosts the same amount? Although the world should already operate that way, we know it often does not, so it was a first-class move on the part of Peak Broadcasting!

It should have been like this all along. It’s nice to see that Peak has somewhat evolved with the times. Jon and Chris are a TEAM and have always been a TEAM. Equal Value!

Jon is a real class act to insist on that to management.

Radio tends to be an “every man for himself” operation and you really have to admire a guy who would go to the wall like that for a co-worker.

That’s a guy I’d be proud to work with.

MEGAKUDOS to Jon Duane for insisting Chris earn the same pay as he. It is truly rare to find someone who will place honor and dignity above his own ego and self-interests in a field of work in which power and prestige seem to be very important words to some. Such is the kind of person I would like to work for.

You have to respect a person who would do such a thing. This kind of person is a rare occurance anywhere today, especially in the broadcasting business! Hats off to Jon for his fairness and courtesy to his co-worker(s. In the long run its the best way to be for all concerned.
