I agree with you, RadioActive, not only is Natalie incredibly beautiful but she is also very talented. If she chooses to stay in this market, She should be at KTVB or public television. Otherwise, I see her moving on to another market in the near future.

With respect to Natalie, She is about the only true asset they have at the station. And that is to her credit. I would suspect that if she chooses to stay in this market she could have her choice of other stations to work for. that is unless she is locked into a iron clad non-compete agreement. A hint to other GM's and News Directors...don't look across the nation for your next replacement...look across town.

Didnt know about the noon news... I always wondered if the 4pm effort was really worth it with respect to the ratings its getting. I guess they are not wanting to interfere with that audience favorite Jepoardy....?

When a station has someone as knockout gorgeous as Natalie Hurst showing off her assets each night, why do they need to lead the news with such a sophomoric, juvinalian radio stunt?
Regarding the noon newscast, KBCI has been trying to replicate KTVB for years. They have failed miserably. Is anyone else tired of the live shots from the same location each night?

Don, its obvious why that made the lead story at ten... the very same computer system that controls the newscast production (the one that catches on fire) is also the robot that assigns reporters, and makes the final decisions on what is news...

and in a related story...

You see once again your local radio station had the answer all along... Now if Larry had just placed one of his "LARRY CRAIG for SENATE" bumper stickers on his shoe when he went into that airport john, the good Sen. Craig could have easily outwitted that cop by saying he was protected under the guise of free speech and Federal Election Laws....

Now did anyone think to paste some of those now collectable Larry Craig election bumper stickers inside the new Larry Craig Memorial Airport Mens Room Stall...? If not they can do that while they are doing a remote during the big trial hooplah that is going to occur on Wednesday....
