From the FCC 345 form: "THE PARTIES HAVE NOT EXECUTED A WRITTEN AGREEMENT. THE PARTIES HAVE AGREED ORALLY THAT THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE STATION, UPON FCC APPROVAL, WILL BE $1.00. THE ASSIGNEE CONFIRMS THAT IT WILL REBROADCAST THE SIGNAL OF KWEI-FM, FRUITLAND, IDAHO, FID #67612, ON THE STATION AFTER CONSUMMATION OF THE PROPOSED ASSIGNMENT."
