		<description>As a former BlueLiner, one of our mistakes was cultivating a mindset that advertising and word-of-mouth are incompatible marketing strategies.  They aren&#039;t.  My apologies to anyone in the ad world that we offended.  Having said that, I think a lot of our concepts were dead on...we just never perfected the business model to capitalize on them.  Onward and upward!</description>
