I guess it's to NPR's credit that their brand sticks to everything on public radio. I once saw a set of Garrison Keillor tapes on the shelf at Barnes and Noble under the sign "NPR Humor". Keillor became famous for a show (A Prairie Home Companion) that NPR rejected. Same for Ira Glass with This American Life. But to some folks, if it's on public radio, it must be NPR.
