		<description>I dont know why, but for some reason this reminded me of years back when TV stations in this market (one comes to mind) had a court artist on staff or contract to go to the more interesting trials and make courtroom sketches to use as visuals for their reporters packages.  Why, because there was a concrete rule against TV cameras of any kind in the courtrooms.</description>
