Is this a record price for an FM translator in Idaho? Last month IRN reported Ortega's purchase of a St. Anthony licensed translator as a record at $35k.
The purchase agreement between Idaho State University and Educational Media states a price of $50k. Is that the new record??
Furthermore, ISU has the right to "trade" this translator for one of Radio Assist Ministry's if RAM gets a translator that provides a better signal over Idaho Falls than this one that they are currently purchasing. Did ISU want this language in the EMF contract so EMF would not later object to a trade with competitor RAM?
