KIZN/KQFC’s listener appreciation show

‘Tis the season for free station-supported concerts. KTHI’s 6th birthday bash last night is in the books - and KIZN/Kissin’ 92 and KQFC/97.9 FM will present a late-summer show with Sara Evans and James Otto later this summer. Folks who want in can listen, sign up online, or join the station’s text message club.

I’m looking forward to the next K-Hits anniversary. I’m thinking Oates, Crofts and Messina with Pete Best or Dallas Taylor and maybe Andrew Ridgeley. Truth is I’m only being a little facetious. I’d probably enjoy that lineup. I did enjoy the show the other night. And the price was right. Kudos to the “bunch”.

    Hello “selr”
Did you mean to post your comment under the KHITS post, rather than the KIZN/KQFC link?
KHITS is a Journal Broadcasting station; KIZN & KQFC belong to Citadel.
Regardless, the KHITS show was a great show; I too appreciate the stations and great sponsors that present these shows. My thoughts on the Idaho Center outdoor amphitheater venue for the KIZN/KQFC listener appreciation concerts - the outdoor venue and the driving distance. Sitting in the hot sun makes me ill, and the drive from Mtn Home is tough on my old car.
