So even if someone they really wanted came to them and they wanted to hire them, if they have nothing currently available they still have to post whatever job they are hiring for, and go through the interview process, etc. I doubt that would happen in a week. Variance on their part would likely be seen by the courts as a breach of that aggreement and may nullify their position. I'd be checking it out... After the week we heard they would enforce the non competes. Question is: What happens after a week if you do not find a job?
