So curious The, are you only blaming Journal for this problem, or is this problem industry wide? And who do you blame for this problem? Is it upper management? Is it at the corporate level? I guess I haven't kept up with your posts, but now that I have more time on my hands suddenly, I thought I should ask.

I enjoyed Pete and Joe in the mornings and was disappointed when they got moved to the afternoons. Todd and Tyler are just two guys who ramble so I don't listen anymore. Pete and Joe seem really polished and do a great job in the afternoons (IMO). Hopefully Journal will see this and not let them get away.

Does radio management even take the time to consider that this kind of thing is a big part of the reason terrestrial radio is losing audience to iPods and MP3 players?

Who needs a (pre-recorded) jukebox which plays songs you don't like AND commercial when you can have one that plays only the songs you DO like and will never have an ad on it?

Real, interesting (even eccentric), personality is the ONLY thing that can differentiate radio from the competition.
