Hate/love… love/hate?
Don @ IdahoRadioNews | July 6, 2009Peak Broadcasting won’t allow employees to look at this website inside its building. I think it’s pretty silly – but at the end of the day folks just go home and read it, so whatever.
But when I saw that someone at Peak copied an entire story from IdahoRadioNews.com and pasted it onto their corporate home page… all I could do was shake my head and laugh.
As the Kinks once said, ‘Paranoia will destroy ya.’ As will treating your employees like petulant children who are “lucky to have a job.”
You know what they say, “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.” Or something like that.
File this under “things that make you go huh?”
Amen. Paranoia also keeps you from looking your employees in the eye and behind closed doors.
