I also know that management will sometimes fire more expensive talent in order to hire at a lower level. Not saying that Peak is doing that, necessarily, since I’m not privy to all of the inner workings of the company. I now have the luxury, however, to watch and wonder about the choices management is making. They seem more angst driven than logical or reasonable.
