		<description>This just might be returning trend in radio.  I noticed that WABC, New York is touting itself as becoming more &quot;live and local&quot;.  Maybe the young people running these stations are finally beginning to understanding that radio is an entertainment medium that has to related as directly as possible to its audience.  Syndicated shows don&#039;t and can&#039;t do that.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And, while live and local is more expensive in many ways, it is an investment in the community, and that can make a significant difference in the minds of advertisers who support the station.</description>
