Why would 93 promote Kiss FM by mentioning them on the air? For me as a listener..I would be like...well lets check out Kiss FM! Just an observation. Taking shots or whatever you want to call it, it's promoting your competitor, and saying "we can't think of anything good about our station, lets slam the other guys" Isn't the worst thing you can do is promote your rival?
