“Statesman circulation drops, but readership rises”

Those newspapers, sponsored by third parties, have little value to advertisers, the Idaho Statesman said.

Uh… yeah. That makes a lot of sense. This is one industry in dire need of reinventing itself.
I had a hard time trying to figure out what the lead sentence was trying to say…either.
If you are trying to promote yourself its wise to proof read what you have written.
Come on guys, help keep the Statesman in business! What else will I line my kitty litter box or bird cage with?? That brings shivers down my spine…
