Calton named one of Radio Ink’s best managers

Impact Radio Group GM Darrell Calton has been named one of Radio Ink magazine’s “Best Managers in Radio” for 2009.  The list managers from across the spectrum — and Calton shared a few of his big areas of focus in building the cluster. See the PDF here.

    From an unknown to one of what? thirty or forty in the nation? I think that is great for Treasure Valley radio folks. Nice job Darrel. You should have gotten a bigger write here and the Statesman is nuts for not covering a local that gets national recognition. Typical though. I’ll miss the controversy your group created in this forum. You sure knew how to stir it up.
