It simply happens to you from time to time that somehow you cannot fall asleep. And you know that the following day you have to wake up early and everything, but the sleep is not coming. And you evnetually end up even more stressed with no ability to fall asleep. So when you finally manage to close your eyes, it is nearly the time when you need to wake up. And you feel that you would do anything just to be able to stay in bed. However, you should not.
